What Tinned Wish collects
When you create an account with email, we collect your email address and account authentication information. When you continue with Google, Google provides basic profile information such as your name, email address, profile image, and a unique account identifier. We do not receive your Google password or access your Gmail, Drive, contacts, or other Google services.
If you use Create Your Wishlist, we store the tins, notes, and other wishlist details you choose to save.
How we use it
We use this information only to create and secure your Tinned Wish account, keep your wishlist connected to you across devices, provide account messages such as email confirmation and password recovery, and maintain the service.
Service providers
Tinned Wish uses trusted providers to operate the service. Supabase provides account authentication, Resend delivers account emails, and our hosting provider serves the website and stores wishlist records. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.
We do not sell your personal information or use Google profile data for advertising.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and wishlist information while your account is active or as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and saved wishlist by contacting the support email shown on the Google sign-in consent screen.
Your choices
You can use the public guides and quiz without an account. You can remove wishlist items at any time, sign out, or revoke Tinned Wish access from your Google Account settings.
Security and updates
We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as Tinned Wish changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
